Unified Planning Work Program

The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) outlines the annual operating budget and planning activities for the MPO throughout a single fiscal year (July 1 through June 30).

FY 2026 UPWP

The FY 2026 Unified Planning Work Program was adopted on February 11, 2025 and highlights GHMPO’s annual budget during Fiscal Year 2026, which runs from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. This UPWP will not be in effect until the fiscal year begins on July 1, 2025. The approved document may be found at the following link:

The FY 2025 Unified Planning Work Program was adopted on February 13, 2024 and highlights GHMPO’s annual budget during Fiscal Year 2025, which runs from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. This UPWP will remain in effect until June 30, 2025. The adopted document may be found at the following link:
