The Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) is the foundation of the community's transportation planning program, providing a nearly 30 year look at the improvements needed to assure the mobility of people and goods in the Gainesville-Hall area.

The Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is the implementation plan for the RTP.

The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is adopted by GHMPO each year and outlines the transportation planning activities to be conducted during each fiscal year (July 1 through June 30).Program (TIP) is the implementation plan for the RTP.

The Annual List of Obligated Projects Report lists all transportation projects in the Gainesville-Hall Metropolitan Planning Organization (GHMPO) planning area to which funds were obligated during each federal fiscal year.

The Participation Plan was adopted by the MPO to promote community involvement in the MPOs planning process and to include consultation with representatives of various intermodal transportation agencies, and other interested parties on various ongoing transportation planning activities.

This document outlines Title VI statutory requirements, compares GHMPO transportation planning projects to area EJ populations of racial and ethnic minorities or low income households.

The LEP addresses a federal mandate that entities receiving federal funds must provide meaningful access to those who are not fluent in English without unduly burdening the fundamental mission of the organization.

These Performance Measures fulfill the requirements set by the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) to set appropriate targets for roadway safety.
